About Us
Founded TM Construction Management Group, Inc. (TMCMG) in 1995. The group was assembled from professionals in several construction related fields from the San Francisco/Oakland /San Jose and Greater Los Angeles Basin Areas. Our clients include Stanford University, Amgen, Lend-Lease, Mortenson Construction Company, Morse Diesel, Hathaway Dinwiddie Construction Company, Sony Development, Marelich Mechanical, XL Construction, Wentz Group, Whiting-Turner and Southland Industries. Through our direct clients we have provided commissioning and / or construction management related services on many of the Institutional, Bio-Tech, Micro Electronics, Data Center and Internet related projects.

135,000 SF state-of-the-art R&D and demonstration lab facility for 300mm technology / chip manufacturing equipment. The Center has a 40,000 SF Class I cleanroom, R&D lab facility for up to 60 tools, with a subfab area for process support equipment, and a 3-story support office building.
